I have a friend leaving to Paris in November. So we tuned in to see the city.. I have a question.. I was in Paris about 15 years ago. How was thier responce to the "American in Paris?" today 2007. When I was there,.. they were not happy we were there.. have times changed??? can you go and not be looked at, gauked at like you are from Mars..? Will my friend be welcomed in thier city?

However uncomfortable I had a wonderful time.. Loved it.

Ahhhh, thank you Eric for sharing that. Jessica could have learned a thing or to on how to report on Paris if she saw this clip. Not getting on Jessica's case, however, she was asked this morning what she had eaten during her stay. She couldn't have made it a more general response, "oh tons of food we have been eating." Sorry, but she could have elaborated based on what city she was in. Your 4 minute segment covered everything its gonna take her to do in a week. Oh the wonderful times back in '97 with the morning gang... and you haven't aged a bit! Thanks again Eric :)
