Eddie Van Halen: Call Your Pool Man ASAP!

(Studio City) --
Only in L.A. -- A water man breaks, and somehow, there's a celebrity angle. When a valve for an 8-inch pipe busted this morning along Mulholland, the river of water flowed all the way down to Ventura Blvd.
Along the way, it filled Eddie Van Halen's pool with mud.
Van Halen was not around at the time. He's said to be on tour with his band in Canada. The Fire Dept. notified him by phone.
We walked up the driveway to what used to be a beautiful pool. It's hard to see where the deck ends and where the water is supposed to be now... It's just a giant mudhole. The curly slide leads to a pile of dirt.
No pool man or pool filter will be able to clear up this mess. Eddie will need some heavy equipment to get rid of all the debris.
Fortunately his home was undamaged. Firefighters put sandbags around it to keep the water out.

I would love to help out cleaning Eddie's mud pool!! Besides I get to hang out with the king and he'll remember me for it!! It's the least I can do for the great man. He's given me so much great music and memories for life and if Eddie needs help than I'm there!!! But firstly we must have the ultimate women's mud wrestling championships we'll call it "5150 Ultimate Women Mud Championship"

Heavy equipment or a couple workers with shovels, its just mud. Pools can take mud. I wouldn't want to do the job, but it is mostly just labor and time....
