Agree on every point. That is why I am so very confused about the direction KTLA is taking. I remember meeting you at the Republican Convention, San Diego--many years ago. ( showed you my network studio and you did a live shot from it) This was back when Barbara B, Carlos, Sam and MARK pwnd the compitition both in LA and San Diego. Barbara held her ground in the Boys club. You did light and breezy as well as HARD HITTING, factual spot reporting. Back in those days, we had no idea what was coming next but we hung on for the ride. Gawd, I miss those days. Now we get "The View-Light" at 9. We have Sam's substitute telling us, in a Company town, that she does not watch or care for anything but Reality TV... (Can you envision a scenario that has a Detroit Reporter saying, on air, that he/she does not care for American Autos and prefers motorcycles or Beemer's?) Change is certain. Bad decisions being corrected, shoud be just as certain.
