It's comedian Andy Dick. He was arrested at a place called "Buffalo Wild Wings" in Murrietta early this morning. He was booked on drug possession and sexual battery involving a 17-year-old girl. The cops say he was "extremely intoxicated."

Andy Dick like most other celebrities will buy his way out of legal trouble and probably financially settle with the 17 year old, ""if he's lucky"".
Personally i've never liked the guy, never cared for his work. Honestly drug influenced or not if he had to serve jailtime for this it wouldn't bother me one bit.

last time i checked, a 17 year old is still considered a "minor" not a "woman" as someone wrote..... and THAT is so NOT humorous

I love how physically pulling a young lady's shirt down to expose her breasts is being compared to a mere question about a naked lady.. If you want to laugh about that, then you should have a mugshot of your own.

This poor guy I think to myself does he have any REAL friends because he needs REAL help. He is a mess practically even worse than Britney was back in the day!!

Niles, I definitely feel badly for the 17-year-old girl that lost her top because of Andy Dick's stupid drunken behavior. I also feel sorry for him, because his bad behavior is fueled by the substances he is ingesting.
I really hope he gets some help, because he didn't have to act like an idiot. I think he should pay the price for his behavior, but if he doesn't work on his addictions, he will either die or be killed because of them.
It saddens me when I see someone wreck their life because of addiction. When someone acts stupidly or recklessly as he has because they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they really need intense treatment. That's my hope for him. It can change his life, if he's willing to do what's required.

If your so unhappy with this picture being posted, DON'T LOOK AT IT. It's news. If Andy Dick had his act together, he wouldnt be in jail. He is human, just like the rest of us. You don't see me in jail. I don't feel sorry for him. I feel sorry for the young girl involved!!!

This poor guy (Andy Dick) needs to get into a long-term rehab program and get clean and sober before he kills himself because of his addiction problem (or someone else kills him). He's been out of control for a while now.
