Cool Weather + Marine Layer
9:15 PM April 26, 2009
Temperatures are still below normal, and should remain that way thru the work week. I do expect a small variation in temperatures, Monday and Tuesday being cooler, while Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be warmer. The clouds will sneak back in for the next two days, and bring a small chance of drizzle for Monday night heading into Tuesday. The marine layer will also make an appearance for the next two days, as clouds from the southeast find their way into the Southland.
As for winds, the pressure gradient is reducing so I would expect the light winds to diminish overnight, and remain below any advisory level at least thru mid week. I would say thru the weekend, but with any warming trend, winds are always a possibility, however not likely with this small of a warming.

again with the below normal temps. what is the reason for this? we go from above normal. ( 100 degrees last week) to a high of 65 on april the 27th?? Would love to here one of KTLA's weather people comment on how bizarre this is instead of just saying "everythings great" Its LA.. we pay big money to live here for 70's and 80's and have not seen that consistently for 8 months....
